Qualification for RPSC Food Safety Officer (FSO)

Educational Qualification

  1. Candidate must have a degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Bio-Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, Horticulture, from a recognized University. Master’s Degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology or Chemistry or Degree in Medicine.
  2. the candidate has successfully completed training from a recognized institution or an institution approved by the Food Authority for the purpose Provided that any candidate who has any financial interest in the manufacture, import or sale of any article of food under these rules, such The candidate will not be appointed as Food Safety Officer.
    Candidate should have working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan culture.
